Camino Sierra - Moana Del Sol

Welcome to Moana Del Sol, a private five-bedroom wine country estate surrounded by vineyard views in the heart of Temecula. Set behind a gated entrance and designed for unforgettable group stays, the property pairs grand interiors with a resort-style backyard featuring a lagoon-inspired pool and spa, waterslide, waterfalls, outdoor bar, BBQ area, putting green, and multiple spaces for gathering under the Southern California sun.

Arrive through the private gates and follow the circular drive past the fountain and landscaped grounds to the main residence. Inside, the dramatic great room immediately sets the tone with soaring two-story ceilings, hardwood floors, and a floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace. The open layout connects the living room with a spacious dining area, entertaining bar, and fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large center island, and bar seating. Natural light fills the main living spaces through expansive windows and a unique overhead skylight.

The upstairs primary suite offers a private retreat within the estate, with a lofted sitting area with desk, spacious bedroom, spa-inspired ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, and private balcony overlooking the surrounding landscape. Four additional bedrooms are located downstairs, including a Jack-and-Jill configuration well suited for families and groups.

Outside Moana Del Sol was designed for entertaining. The resort-style pool is surrounded by generous patio space and features cascading waterfalls and a full-size waterslide. Relax in the spa, spend the afternoon poolside, practice on the private putting green, or gather for dinner beneath the outdoor gazebo. An outdoor BBQ station, bar, multiple lounge areas, and expansive grounds create your own private resort in the middle of Temecula wine country.

Beyond the pool, the property is home to a working vineyard with approximately 1,500 Sangiovese Clone 6 Brunello grapevines, along with a producing grapefruit grove. Vineyard and hillside views surround the property, creating a special backdrop at sunset.
