Melton Trail - Sunstill

Welcome to Sunstill by Fieldtrip (@stayfieldtrip), a design-forward 3-bedroom, 3-bath retreat that blends organically into the desert terrain of Joshua Tree. With beige exteriors and oversized sandstone brick, the home feels as if it's been carved directly from the desert landscape.

Discover a backyard designed for entertaining. Perfectly positioned to showcase some of the best views in the High Desert, the home was intentionally designed to frame the National Park mountains and capture the dramatic sunsets. A striking V-shaped pool and triangular hot tub center the space, with ample sun loungers, an outdoor dining area with a BBQ, and colorful pool lighting making for the ultimate night swim.

Inside, the home's sliding glass doors allow for a seamless indoor-outdoor flow. Earthy, modern design tones echo the natural surroundings, while the chef-ready kitchen features wood-paneled cabinetry and smooth, glossy concrete countertops. The open layout is sleek, functional, and ideal for entertaining your whole group, with a separate converted garage featuring a billiards table and lounge.

Just minutes from downtown Joshua Tree and Joshua Tree National Park, Sunstill delivers a distinctive and peaceful escape.
